Shipping Policy

Renvra currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. Shipping availability, processing estimates, transit estimates, and charges may vary by product, destination, inventory location, and fulfillment method.

Order Processing 

Product pages, checkout, order confirmations, or other order communications may provide an estimated processing or shipping timeframe. Any timeframe described as an estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly state that a specific delivery date is guaranteed.

Orders may be fulfilled from different facilities or fulfillment partners. Items in the same order may therefore arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Shipping Estimates

Where a shipping or delivery estimate is displayed, the estimate is based on information reasonably available when the order is placed and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, address issues, demand, inventory movement, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we become unable to ship an item within the time we represented, we will handle the delay, cancellation, consent, or refund as required by applicable law.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send tracking or shipment information to the email or contact information associated with the order. Tracking events are provided by the carrier and may not update immediately.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address before submitting an order. Contact info@shoprenvra.com immediately if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Delivery Problems

If tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery area, household members, building staff, neighbors where appropriate, and the carrier's delivery details. Then contact us promptly if assistance is still needed.

Claims involving loss, theft, damage, or carrier error may require information from the customer and may be subject to carrier investigation. We will not use this section to limit remedies that applicable law requires us to provide.

Shipping Charges and Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $99 or more. The qualifying subtotal is determined at checkout and may be affected by discounts, returns, cancellations, or other order adjustments. Expedited shipping, oversized items, special handling, or other clearly disclosed exceptions may carry an additional charge. Any available shipping charge is displayed at checkout before the order is submitted.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, any reshipment or refund will be determined after the package is returned, subject to actual shipping costs and applicable law.
